The Mighty Mama

Whether you have recently found out you you were pregnant, are part way through your pregnancy journey or have recently given birth, I can help you feel confident in your health and fitness on your journey.

  • Add exercise that feels good for your body without taking up hours of your day.

  • Eat food that is both good for you and tastes good.

  • Conquer the mindset of "I have to do it all to feel my best!"

The Kickstarter

Kickstart your health and fitness with this starter package. Included in the base package rate is:

  • Personalized workout program so that you feel confident in and out of the gym.

  • Exercise/technique feedback so that you will gain strength while staying injury free.

  • Weekly email support so that you know you've got someone in your corner for support, even when life gets challenging.

  • Optional additions are nutrition coaching and weekly 15min video calls for additional accountability along the way!

$500-750 MONTHLY

The Warrior

Ready to take your health and fitness to the next level? This package is the one for you! Included in the base package rate is:

  • Personalized workout program so that you feel confident in and out of the gym.

  • Exercise/technique feedback so that you will gain strength while staying injury free.

  • Nutrition coaching so that you can eat what leaves you feeling your best while still enjoying the foods you love.

  • Mindset coaching so that you can build the confidence to overcome the voices telling you that you can't and beat any obstacle thrown your way.

  • Twice weekly email support so that you know you've got someone in your corner for support, even when life gets challenging.

  • Optional additions are virtual workouts and weekly 1/2 hr video calls. for additional accountability along the way!
